Welcome to Savanna Stalkers. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our travel planning services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or travel arrangement facilitated by us.

Role of Savanna Stalkers

Savanna Stalkers operates as a luxury travel planning and facilitation agency. We specialize in designing bespoke travel experiences and connecting clients with carefully selected third-party travel providers, including but not limited to luxury lodges, safari camps, guides, transport providers, and experience operators (“Travel Partners”).

Savanna Stalkers does not own, operate, manage, or control any lodges, camps, transportation services, excursions, or on-the-ground experiences. All services are provided directly by independent Travel Partners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savanna Stalkers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or dissatisfaction arising from or related to services provided by third-party Travel Partners, including but not limited to:

  • Service quality, conduct, or performance of any Travel Partner

  • Conditions, cleanliness, maintenance, or suitability of accommodations

  • Changes to itineraries due to weather, wildlife movement, safety considerations, or operational constraints

  • Delays, cancellations, or missed flights, transfers, or ground transportation

  • Overbookings, room changes, or accommodation substitutions made by Travel Partners

  • Illness, allergic reactions, or discomfort resulting from food, environment, insects, plants, animals, or climate

  • Any activity-related risk, including but not limited to safaris, excursions, or adventure activities

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Acts of nature, force majeure events, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

All travel involves inherent risks. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Client Acknowledgement & Responsibilities

By engaging Savanna Stalkers, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Savanna Stalkers acts solely as a planner and facilitator, not the direct service provider

  • Final responsibility for the delivery of travel services rests with the Travel Partners

  • You are responsible for reviewing booking terms, cancellation policies, entry requirements, health requirements, and travel advisories

  • You accept responsibility for ensuring you are medically and physically fit for your chosen travel experience

Disputes, Complaints & Claims

Any complaints, disputes, or claims related to accommodations, services, or experiences must be addressed directly with the relevant Travel Partner.

While Savanna Stalkers may assist with communication where appropriate, we are not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between clients and Travel Partners, nor are we responsible for outcomes related to third-party performance.

Changes, Cancellations & Termination

Savanna Stalkers reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice

  • Update or withdraw services or offerings at our discretion

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

All booking changes and cancellations are subject to the individual terms and policies of the relevant Travel Partners.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
