Refund Policy

Savanna Stalkers designs and facilitates bespoke travel experiences by connecting clients with carefully selected third-party travel providers, including luxury lodges, camps, transport providers, and experience operators (“Travel Partners”). We do not directly operate or control these services.

As a result, all bookings, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the individual terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Partner.

Refund Eligibility

Savanna Stalkers does not issue refunds directly. Any refund requests are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the Travel Partner through whom the booking is confirmed.

Each Travel Partner maintains their own policies regarding:

  • Cancellation deadlines

  • Partial or full refunds

  • Non-refundable deposits

  • Date changes or rescheduling

These policies will apply regardless of how the booking was initiated.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations, subject to the Travel Partner’s policies:

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or preferences

  • Missed flights, transfers, or transportation not caused by the Travel Partner

  • Weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond the provider’s control

  • Voluntary early departure or unused portions of a trip

  • Failure to obtain required travel documents, visas, or vaccination

Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations or booking changes must be made in accordance with the applicable Travel Partner’s terms. Cancellation penalties may increase as the departure date approaches and may result in a partial or total loss of funds.

Savanna Stalkers is not responsible for fees, penalties, or losses imposed by Travel Partners.

Our Role in the Refund Process

While Savanna Stalkers cannot override or alter third-party cancellation or refund policies, we will:

  • Assist in communicating with the relevant Travel Partner

  • Help clarify applicable terms and conditions

  • Support you through the refund or amendment process where possible

Please note that assistance does not guarantee a refund.
